All in one cloth diapers are hands down the easiest cloth diapering system out there! All-in-ones are truly just as easy as disposables! They go on and off just like a disposable since they have the absorbent insert integrated into the waterproof outer shell. All in one cloth diapers have either “hook or loop closures” (this is synonymous with velcro but doesn’t have the velcro trademark name) similar to disposable diapers or snap closures. Just use, wash and dry! There is no stuffing when the diapers are dry, simply pull them out of the dryer or off the laundry line and they are ready to go. Incredibly simple! Choosing between sized All In One Cloth Diapers and One Size All In One Cloth Diapers
The main difference between a sized All In One Cloth Diaper (also known as an AIO) and a One Size AIO is that the sized diaper will fit a specific size of baby. For example, a small bumGenius AIO generally fits 8-15 lbs. Whereas a one size will start fitting well around 9 lbs and fit until 30-40lbs depending on the diaper. The other factor to consider is bulk. The sized AIO diapers are very trim and fit perfectly whereas the small setting in the one size AIO’s tend to be a bit more bulky.
